Goda Thangada

Goda Thangada received a BA in Classics (with Honors) from Brown in 2011 and wrote her senior thesis on mimesis in Plato's Timaeus-Critias. She entered Chicago's PhD program in 2012 and is currently writing her dissertation on the cognitive operations of antiquarianism and narrative in Ovid's Fasti, Pliny the Elder's Natural History, and Petronius' Satyricon. She teaches ancient languages for the Classics Department and writing in the Humanities Core.
