Elizabeth Hunter

Research Interests: Ancient Science and Mathematics, Reception, Ancient Philosophy, Digital Humanities 

Elizabeth Hunter graduated with a B.A. in Classical Literature and Languages from SUNY, University at Buffalo. During her undergraduate, she worked on the Tesserae project and wrote her senior thesis on how Lucretius uses both Epicurus and Aphrodite to represent different aspects of ataraxia in De Rerum Natura. She is pursuing a joint PhD with the Classics Department and the Committee on the Conceptual and Historical Studies of Science.
